1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following words and phrases used in these Terms have specific meanings, as set out below:

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and any pending winnings may be forfeited.

2.4 Verification

12bat reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This process may include a request to provide a national identity card or other documents. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods at 12bat is ৳500. We currently support the following payment methods:

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are only possible to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirement on a bonus has not been met.

3.3 Fraudulent Transactions

In the case of any fraudulent, counterfeit or illegal transaction, 12bat reserves the right to immediately close the associated account and notify the relevant authorities.

4 Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will have the opportunity to receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after betting ten times the bonus amount.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳12,000 (10 × ৳1,200) in bets before withdrawing.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each account may claim each bonus offer only once.
• A bonus may only be usable on specific games — see the promotions page for details.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or gain advantage through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses and winnings being forfeited.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are considered valid only after confirmation by the 12bat system. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical issue, it will not be treated as a valid bet.

5.2 Result Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the decision of 12bat is final. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the relevant bet will be returned.

5.3 Maximum Winnings Limit

12bat reserves the right to set a maximum winnings amount for each event or game. No winnings beyond the set limit will be paid out.

5.4 Odds Changes

In sports betting, odds are dependent on the time a bet is confirmed. If odds change after a bet has been placed, this will not affect bets that have already been confirmed.

6 VIP and Loyalty Program

12bat offers three VIP tiers determined by user activity:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

Users can move up to higher tiers through regular and active participation. Additional benefits and privileges are available at each tier. 12bat reserves the right to modify VIP terms and users will be notified of any changes.

7 Responsible Gaming Policy
